Nancy Brauer

Customer Support Developer

Nancy is our resident squisher of digital bugs.

She’s a generalist who’s all about the big picture and seeing how the parts work together. Which works nicely for us, because she does a little of everything here, including writing, editing, programming, solving of bizarre technical problems that came out of nowhere, and anything else that will help a project along. She’s our chief customer service engineer for WordPress sites and stays on top of many of our legacy client accounts to keep everyone up-to-date and running smoothly.

A geologist turned web programmer/writer/graphic artist, Nancy has yet to decide what she wants to be when she grows up. She’s been writing, drawing, and cracking open rocks for as long as she can remember.

She’s a Jill of all trades, equally proficient with miter saws, debugging code, and her trusty Nikon. She picked up photography as a hobby a few years ago, and enjoys filling out her Flickr stream with amazing shots while honing her skills.

The best part of this job is diving into an existing project and improving or adding on to it.
