Matt Simmons, Business Development

Loves to love his wife and kids.  Enjoys reading and likes to cook breakfast and grill out, build things, take a hike, eat well, BS with friends, drink nice imports, cheap domestics, and decent single malts, plan construction projects, listen to good music and contemplate the world’s problems.  That makes for a busy Saturday but leaves Sunday relatively open.

Matt grew up well loved, reading and running wild in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia.  He moved South and inked out an English Degree from Wake Forest University before moving to Radford, VA and meeting his (not so soon) to be wife.  There he discovered a passion for business and earned tuition money for his MBA serving drinks and making friends.  He then chased his soon(er) to be wife to the Northern Virginia/D.C. area.  Since then he has enjoyed building a house, raising a family and building a career joyfully bringing sellers and buyers together.
