Langley Federal Credit Union asked us to help them portray a more professional image that would appeal to a wider banking audience. We started with a site audit to overcome challenges in the existing architecture of their site that muddied the waters between business and consumer processes.

Usability testing verified that we had reached the functional goals for the site. The kind compliments from the folks at Langley told us we had succeeded with the design.
