NewCity is proud to announce our new Get a Taste workshops on brand experience and social media. Knowing where to start can often be the hardest part of creating a positive brand experience. It's also a daunting task when it comes to navigating the waters of communicating your brand through social media. We created our free hour-long workshops to help new and existing clients get to know us and grow comfortable with the work ahead.

Today, more than ever, your brand is the result of an ongoing and ever-changing democratic process. Word of mouth is the single most trusted source of new information available to the general public. We all talk about the experiences we have, whether it's with a company that gains our trust or betrays it. While you can’t control these conversations, you can influence them by making sure that every experience your customers have with your company delights them and helps them succeed at the task they set out to accomplish.

This is a long-term process, but our workshops are designed to help you gain quick insight into the things you're already doing right and the things you can do to improve. And by the end of the hour, you'll walk away with three actionable items tailored to your business that you can implement right away. Guaranteed.

We invite you to download the pdf descriptions of each workshop and read more about how we can help you improve the experiences you offer, and take part in the conversations already going on all around you.

Speak up.

Respect.NewCity will never distribute, sell or otherwise treat your information like its ours to run around all willy-nilly, hither and yon with. That's because we appreciate your contribution to the conversation.
